Students on academic probation have a hold on registration for subsequent terms. Probation related registration holds will be removed after the following conditions are met:

• Student has provided the required written plan in response to the probation letter, approved by the academic advisor, to the associate dean for educational programs. • Student has provided written documentation that they have made significant progress towards the plan.

If the approved plan is not submitted or is not deemed satisfactory (e.g., not approved or if approved is not followed), the student will remain on probation and will either not be allowed to register early or if already registered, may be withdrawn from their enrolled courses for the subsequent semesters. Students who remain on academic probation for a second term are also not permitted to register until the Academic Concerns Committee or ADEP recommends future term registration. Students not registered and enrolled are not permitted to attend class until the matter is reviewed according to the appropriate review process, and permission to register is granted.
