Generally, professional misconduct refers to behavior that calls into question a student's ability or suitability to practice as a professional social worker. The following actions are examples of professional misconduct. Such violations include, but are not limited to, the following major offenses: • Criminal Activity • Harassment • Sexual Harassment • Discrimination • Inappropriate Relationships • Retaliation • Making False Accusations • Violation of University Policies • Safety Violations
